Public Accountant and Auditor, born in Udine on december 9th, 1941, married to a French citizen in 1967, he graduated in Economics and Trades in June 1967 at the “Cattolica” University of Milan and is member of the Chartered accountants from 1970 and of the Chartered Auditors from 1995.
Since the beginning, he decided to give a French footprint to his professional carrier, by working first for Cabinet Lefebvre in Neuilly (VAT and International taxation department) and then for E&Y Italia (audit and tax department) for a period of four years.
In 1973, he created the “Cassinis Firm” focusing his activities on advices for French companies and entities interested in investing in Italy and for Italian companies interested in French market. In 1992, he was made “Chevalier de l’Ordre du Mérite” by President François Mitterrand for the services he provided to the French State.
For more than 25 years, he has been the tax advisor of the French Chamber of Commerce in Milan, accredited by Ubifrance Milan, he closely collaborated with the Economic Section of the Embassy of France in Rome and with the Tax Adviser Minister of the Embassy of France in Rome. During 40 years of activity, he set up more than 1000 companies, among them subsidiaries, branches and representative offices of French companies in Italy. He had been for 15 years the unique correspondent of the Salustro-Reydel Firm and he maintained very strong links with Yvon Gattaz, former President of CNPF, now MEDEF.
In 2018 he was also awarded, by S.E.M. Robert Fillon, Ambassador of Monaco in Rome, “Ambassador of Principality of Monaco for Tourism“, title conferred on leading Italian personalities who had an eminent success in their field of activity, selected for their influence in the economic sector.
